I drew a zombie to kick off this new collaborative my best friend and I are doing.
If you’d like a print of this picture, or a tshirt, you can buy them on Society6!
I’ll be posting more art there soon. Thanks for looking!
OOPS I accidentally made a beach for the Juicybomb sim. It’s perfect for relaxing and taking pretty pics and stuff.
It isn’t done yet, but you can head over to enjoy the area.
If you have any suggestions for what to add there, let me know!
Recently, a user named Kellycrowed/CCA Helix has been going around and posing as a CSR/blogger/whatever in order to get free stuff from people.
After noticing our site linked on their blog, we felt the need to make this announcement:
If anyone other than Aemeth Lysette tells you they are customer service for [ a.e.meth ], that person is trying to scam you. Please beware.
No one, other than Aemeth Lysette, blogs for us or anything else. We’re a one-woman show and we’re going to remain that way.
Hey, Kellycrowed–how about you genuinely make something in this game instead of piggybacking on the work of others?
Addendum: Possible alts of Kellycrowed, according to Gridexpectations:
If you’re wondering where I’ve been lately, I have two answers for you:
1. Thanks to my friends giving me Steam codes and telling me how fun it is, I’ve been playing Left 4 Dead (“Kill all sons of bitches!”. At first I didn’t know what I was doing in the game, but now I’m like this.),
2. I’ve taken up woodcarving (and still working on that other project, since they’re both connected).
There’s more good news, but since it’s all irl stuff, it’s not going here.
I’d like to make an event in SL soon featuring L4D or something similar, so I can meet some new Steam friends. Anybody like zombie games? I’ll be posting a get-together announcement for that soon. It should be fun!
Now, here’s a music video of Jake Gyllenhaal as a serial killer:
I’d like to clear up some confusion from my last post.
I do not think ALL petite items are awful. There are a lot of great petite stores that exist, but it’s a young community, and I just don’t want to see what I’ve noticed grow and become a bigger problem.
It’s pretty normal to see a crop of new creators pop up and feel their way through the market when a new venue appears. If you’re one of those people, I say go for it. What I’ve written shouldn’t be a major concern for you. If you question an item you’ve made, just hand it to someone you believe to be unabashedly honest, and they’ll let you know if they like it or not, and why.
I would never deny anyone the joy of making something SL as a means of self-expression. Owning a shop can be fun, and I recommend everyone try it at least once.
Once you get the hang of owning a store, then do step back and look at your items, and ask yourself if there’s any way to improve them.
Good luck and remember to have fun first!
